Terms of Service

TagRocket is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate Etsy listing content — including titles, descriptions, and tags — based on structured input provided by the user.

The Service is designed to assist Etsy sellers with SEO optimisation. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, sales figures, or search rankings as a result of using the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

TagRocket is sold as one-time credit packs, not a subscription. Each credit generates one listing. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are subject to change. Credits do not expire and there are no recurring charges.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. We do not store your card details.

Because credits are a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. EU/EEA and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; this right is waived for credits you have already consumed, and any unused credits from a first purchase may be refunded within 14 days. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@tagrocket.io.

New users may generate a limited number of listings at no cost. Free listings are non-transferable, limited to one per account or device, and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Create listings for prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit goods
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service at a rate that exceeds normal human usage
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The AI-generated content produced by the Service (titles, descriptions, tags) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy and compliance with Etsy's policies before publishing.

TagRocket retains all rights to the Service, its underlying technology, prompts, and methodology. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will comply with Etsy's current policies at all times.

Etsy's policies and algorithms change frequently. You are responsible for verifying that published listings comply with Etsy's current rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagRocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or listing suspension by Etsy.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA member state, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.
